placed before 1:00PM Pacific Time, Monday
thru Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders
placed after 1:00PM, or on weekends and
holidays, are shipped the following business day.
Your orders will ship via UPS or the US Postal Service(military APO/FPO orders ship via US Postal Service) and be subject to their respective on-time delivery guarantees. eBubbles reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier available.
PLEASE NOTE - In observance of Independence Day, eBubbles will be closed this Friday, July 4. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on that day. Please add 1 day to your expected delivery date

We ship daily, Monday through Friday, from our warehouse in Southern California.
Your order will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on which state you ship to (a business day is a non-holiday weekday, weekends are not counted).

Military Shipping
Deliveries
to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped US Priority Mail
for our Standard Delivery rate. This is the only delivery option avaliable for APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package.
Canada
and US Territories
We regret that we are not shipping orders outside the 50 United States at this time.
It has been our recent experience that high shipping rates, insurance fees, brokerage fees and import taxes sometimes exceed to the value of the products in the order. Some of these extra fees are unforeseeable on our part and the extra charges come as a complete surprise to you, the customer, when the package is delivered.
We are currently looking into alternate shipping methods and should an affordable solution be found we will re-establish services to Canada and US territories. Our apologies to our Canadian and overseas customers and thank you for shopping with us.
Ship-To
Addresses
Your eBubbles order
will ship to the address you specify when you check out. You'll have the opportunity to specify a different 'ship
to' address or make corrections to a saved shipping address shown on the Order Confirmation page during Checkout.
Whenever possible, please specify a 'ship-to' address where someone will be present to receive the package. If you live in an apartment complex or have a P.O. box, consider sending the package to where you work instead. If you have special instructions (ie. "Leave on back-porch" ), please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
While we make every effort to verify the validity of an address, we rely on on your accuracy when sending a order to the address you specify. Please be accurate with your shipping information (ie. Street Address and Zip Code) to avoid delays.
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.
Shipping
to Multiple Ship To Addresses
Each
order can be shipped to only
one address.
If you are shopping for several gifts (or a gift(s) and items for yourself)
and they must be shipped to different addresses, please note that you'll
need to complete a separate order for each ship-to address.
For
example, please fill your Shopping Tub with items for your first gift.
At check-out, specifiy the ship-to address, then after completing your
first gift order you can return to shopping for your next purchase.
PLEASE
NOTE - You can order multiple gifts wrapped in separate boxes in one
order - as long as they're all going to the same address. To
do this, fill out your gift and wrapping instructions at check out.
Special
Shipping Requirements for Some Items
Due
to Federal Department of Transportation regulations, eBubbles cannot
ship some Eau de Toilette and other items with certain alcohol contents
via Air. These items must be shipped via ground transportation.
Availability
of Items
We'll
bend over backward to make sure we've got what you want. Our inventory
is updated as items are shipped, not as the orders are taken. In the event that
we run out of an item that you order, you will be notified via email or by phone.
We'll ship your partial order immediately.
Any unavailable items you've ordered will automatically be placed in a backorder
status and you will be contacted letting you know when your item will be available.
If you agree to the delivery timeframe of the item, we will ship it immediately upon availability
-- and we will pay the shipping charges.
Backordered
Items
When placing an order with backordered items, please be aware of the following -
- You may place an order that includes backordered items. We will ship the available items in your order immediately. The backordered items will ship ASAP at no extra expense to you. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
- If you choose to ship your order with one of our Expedited Shipping options (ie. 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day Delivery), we will ship the available items using the Expedited Shipping method you chose, then ship the backordered items using Standard Delivery at no expense to you.
- You may email or call us any time you wish to remove backordered items from your order. Please email us at CustomerCare or call toll-free from 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time at 888-403-8701.
Returns
and Refunds
Should
your product be received damaged or unusable and you wish to have it
replaced, please contact our customer service department via email at
CustomerCare
or call us toll-free at 888-403-8701 from 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time. We
will immediately send you a replacement and instruct you on what to
do with the damaged item(s).
If
you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from eBubbles, please
email or call our customer service department within 30 days of receiving
your order for a Return Authorization Number and ship the product back
to us at:

Unopened items must be received in a resalable condition.
We will refund you the price of the product(s) upon receiving the
item(s). If you received the item(s) as a gift, we will issue you
a store credit.
Opened
items can be returned for a Store Credit. Damaged
items will be replaced with an identical product. For
complete instructions on returning an item, please refer to our Service
Guarantee in Customer Care.
Complications that can delay an order
We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Almost all orders are shipped and delivered on time. However, for some orders delays may occur.
Here we list the top reasons for delays to help you avoid them. They are listed in a descending order in approximate frequency of occurrence.
- Wrong address or zip code used for the shipping address.
Shipping companies can't deliver and may send the packages back to us. We will contact you via email or phone for correct address information.
- No one at the shipping address to accept the package.
The shipping company may require a signature; this is completely up to the delivery person's discretion and is due to shipping company's insurance policies.
- Delays by shipping companies.
Shipment could be temporarily "lost" by shipping companies. If the delay is more than a few days, we'll ship you a replacement order and we will deal with the lost package ourselves.
- Delays during holiday seasons between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple of weeks before Christmas. Please do your gift shopping early.
- Shortage of ordered items (backorders).
We try to contact customers in case of shortages that will delay orders for more than one business day. We may split an order and ship items separately, backordering the unavailable items. Please note you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship, nor will you incur any additional shipping charges.
- Undeliverable packages (orders returned to us).
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.
- Billing address information is inconsistent with what is on the credit card record.
To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we will call, email or use other ways to verify that the credit card holder authorized the purchase.
