Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer Free Shipping on orders of $79+ (excluding orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska). Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on your order amount. Please refer to the chart below to calculate the shipping charges for your order.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed by 1:00PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Q: How will you ship my order?

A: We ship through UPS and the US Postal Service to destinations in the continental USA, Hawaii, and Alaska. Orders shipping to APO/FPO military addresses ship via the US Postal Service. eBubbles reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Your order will ship from our warehouse in Southern California. Standard ground shipments will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on which state you ship to (a business day is a non-holiday weekday, weekends are not counted). 2-Day and Next Day deliveries will arrive within 2 business days or the next business day. Please allow extra time when shipping to remote rural areas. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses can take 10+ days for delivery.

When your order ships we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes. You can choose 3-Day, 2-Day or 1-Day service for an additional charge. Orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, Holidays, or weekends will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Please refer to the shipping rate chart above for shipping charges.

Q: Can I have my order sent to more than one address?

A: Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.

Q: Can I send an order to a country other than the United States?

A: Currently, we only ship to the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses.

Payment / Ordering

Q: Who can I call if I have a question about my order?

A: Call our Customer Service Department tollfree, Monday-Friday from 8AM to 4PM Eastern Time, at 888-403-8701. Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you with any questions, or to take your order over the phone.

Q: What name shows up on my credit card statement?

A: The charge on your statement will be from CCS ONLINE RETAIL.

Q: Can I phone in my order?

A: Yes. Call our Customer Service Department toll-free, Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM Eastern Time, at 888-403-8701. Our customer service representatives will assist you with your order.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Credit card accounts are billed when we pack your order for shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Q: Do you take Checks or Money Orders?

A: Orders can be paid only with a credit card, eBubbles Gift Certificate, or eBubbles Store Credit.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: Only orders shipping to addresses within California are charged sales tax.

Q: Can I change my order after I submit it?

A: We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call Customer Service toll-free at 888-403-8701 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Giftwrap

Q: Is gift wrap available?

A: Giftwrap is available with every order for a small charge. You can add as many gift wraps as you would like to your order. We wrap your gifts for you, and a personalized gift card is included with your message.

We also offer prewrapped Gift Baskets and Gift Boxes, and the price includes gift wrap on these items. Please note that we cannot wrap prewrapped items inside a Gift Box.

Q: May I specify which items in my order should be gift-wrapped?

A: Absolutely! Just let us know which items you want wrapped in the 'Giftwrap Instructions' box when ordering Gift Wrap. Feel free to put multiple items in one gift box.

Q: Do you include a Gift Enclosure Card?

A: We will include a classic white gift enclosure card with your personal message. You may type your gift card message in the 'Gift Card Message' box when ordering Gift Wrap.

Q: Can I send gifts to more than one address?

A: Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several gifts to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.

Privacy / Security

Q: Is my credit card transaction secure?

A: Your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders are sent through a secure server using the latest SSL technology to encrypt the information being transmitted. Additionally, your credit card number is passed directly through the credit card processing service using the most sophisticated online security available. We do not see nor do we store your credit card number on the internet.

Q: Do you disclose any personal information to outside parties?

A: We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (your name, address, phone #, email address) to any third party unless required by law to do so.

Q: Do you send information via e-mail?

A: We send you an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email automatically. You can also sign up to receive special discounts and promotional offers from us by email, but only if you sign up for for these emails. You can always request to be removed from this list.

Q: Does eBubbles use cookies?

A: eBubbles does use cookies solely to recognize you as a returning customer without having to sign-in. This allows for a faster check-out and gives you access to additional features such as saving and reloading your Shopping Tubs, changing your Personal Information, reviewing previous orders and order status, and more.

Returns / Refunds

Q: What if I want to return or exchange a product?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to eBubbles for a full product price refund or store credit (if the item has been used). Please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to handle the return.
